One platform.
Every sensor you'll
ever need under it.

Connect your sensors, alarms and records in MySirius. Choose the network and devices that fit your facility, with one platform bringing the measurements together.

The software layer

MySirius is the part that makes a reading a record.

Bring live readings, alarm response and historical records together. All three sensor platforms connect to MySirius, giving your team a shared monitoring workflow.

MySirius Monitoring · the core platform

Included with every deployment, regardless of which sensor platform you specify.

Real-time monitoring

Live values, trends, and status for every sensor on site, from one dashboard.

Alarms & escalation

Threshold, rate-of-change, and door-open alarms routed by shift and severity.

Audit-ready records

ALCOA+ data integrity, tamper-evident storage, e-signatures, full change history.

Compliance by design

21 CFR Part 11, GMP, HACCP, and USP requirements built into the workflow.

Which platform do I need?

Three questions.
One recommendation.

The platforms aren't tiers — they're answers to different physical problems.
Tell us the problem and we'll point at the right one.

1How far does the data have to travel?
2How fresh does the reading need to be?
3Do you need to recalibrate without downtime?
Recommended platform Nova SPY device
Nova SPY

Built to live permanently inside the unit it monitors, with a built-in optical opening sensor so door events are caught without a separate contact switch.

A guide, not a spec. Most multi-site facilities run two or more platforms side by side in one MySirius instance.

The measurement layer

Digital Probes aren't a fourth platform.
They run on all three.

The probe library sits underneath LoRa, Nano, and Nova alike. Specify the recorder for the form factor you need, then choose the probe for the measurement — the two decisions are independent, and the calibration record follows the probe, not the recorder.

01

Calibration lives on the probe

Each probe stores its own coefficients in onboard memory. The recorder reads them on connection and applies them in firmware — so a swap needs no reconfiguration.

02

Recalibrate without downtime

Send a probe out for calibration and drop in its replacement. Monitoring never stops, and the chain of traceability stays unbroken.

03

One library, every parameter

Temperature from cryogenic to sterilization, plus humidity, CO₂, O₂, lux, differential pressure, and any 4–20 mA source you already have installed.

Not sure which layer you're actually solving for?

Most facilities arrive with a compliance problem, not a hardware shortlist. The REM Risk Assessment works backwards from what you're required to prove.
