What cookies are

qualifiedcontrols.com uses cookies, along with related technologies that work the same way: pixels, local storage, and tracking scripts loaded by the platforms described below. Throughout this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

Categories we use
Every cookie on the site falls into one of four categories.
- Strictly necessary. Session management, load balancing, security and CSRF protection, client portal authentication, and recording your cookie consent choice. These are required for the site to function and are set without consent because the site cannot be delivered without them.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization enabled. Measures which pages and documents are used, how visitors move through the site, and where technical problems occur. Reporting is aggregate.
- Marketing and CRM. HubSpot tracking and forms. Associates form submissions with a visit history so our team can respond in context, attributes inquiries to their source, and prevents duplicate records. HubSpot sets its cookies when you load a page containing its tracking code or a form.
- Embedded content. Pages that embed a third-party video player, map, or scheduling widget may allow that provider to set its own cookies when the embed loads. We do not control those cookies; the provider's policy governs them.
We do not run advertising retargeting, and we do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers.

How consent works
On your first visit, a consent banner appears before any analytics, marketing, or embedded-content cookie is set. Strictly necessary cookies load regardless — the site cannot be served without them.
- Accept — all categories load.
- Reject — only strictly necessary cookies load. The site remains fully usable.
- Manage preferences — choose categories individually.
Your choice is stored in a cookie so the banner does not reappear on every page. It is remembered for up to 12 months, after which the banner returns.
To change your settings, reopen the preferences panel from the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer, or clear this site's cookies in your browser to reset the banner. Withdrawing consent stops future collection in the affected categories; it does not erase data already collected. To request deletion of data already held, see your rights in the Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies yourself
Your browser gives you independent control over cookies — separate from the consent banner and applicable to every site you visit. In most browsers, cookie controls sit under Settings → Privacy, where you can block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or clear them automatically when you close the browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site — most visibly the client portal, which cannot maintain an authenticated session without them. Blocking analytics and marketing cookies has no effect on site functionality.
