A System Is Only As GoodAs The Day It Was Installed.
Sensor placement, gateway coverage, and the network that ties them together are decided once — and live with the facility for years. Our field engineers survey, deploy, and commission every system against the same protocol the auditor will eventually review. Day one is signed off before we leave the site.
Every install begins with a walk-through.
Before any hardware ships, our field engineers walk the facility, measure RF behavior in the spaces that matter, and draft a sensor & gateway plan against your floor plan. The output is a deployment package — placements, conduit paths, network requirements — that your team approves before a single drill bit hits a wall.

On-site walk-through
A QC field engineer visits the facility, measures the spaces that matter, and meets the people who will run the system. No two facilities are the same — and the install plan reflects that from the first visit.
RF coverage analysis
Sample readings at corners, returns, and product faces verify gateway placement before sensors arrive. Walls, dense racking, and metal envelopes are factored in — coverage is engineered, not assumed.
Sensor placement plan
Placements are derived from the spaces' geometry and operating profile — not stuck in convenient corners. Where mapping data exists, placements honor the worst-case behavior the chamber actually shows.
Approved deployment package
Output is a signed deployment package — floor plan, sensor BOM, gateway placement, network requirements, and conduit paths — your team and ours both approve before mobilization day.
Already have a Mapping & Qualification report?
If your spaces have been mapped, we'll honor the placement strategy from the qualification — sensors land on the cold spots, hot spots, and product faces the report named, not on a generic grid.
Walk
QC engineer visits the facility — building envelope, RF behavior, and operations are documented firsthand.
Measure
RF readings at sample points; conduit, power, and network feeds mapped; critical areas catalogued.
Plan
Sensor and gateway placements drafted against the floor plan; BOM and integration path documented.
Approve
Signed deployment package — your team and ours align before any hardware ships to site.
Request a Site Survey
Send us your floor plans and a brief description of monitored spaces. We'll return a scoped survey plan and a draft of the deliverables before scheduling the walk-through.
Mounted, networked, online — in a single mobilization.
Our certified technicians arrive with everything: pre-provisioned hardware, mounting kits, RF analyzers, and the deployment package signed off during the survey. Sensors are installed against the placement plan, gateways are commissioned to your network, and the system reports its first reading before we leave the site.
Certified field technicians
Every install is run by QC-certified technicians — trained on our hardware families, our commissioning protocol, and the regulatory frameworks the system serves. No subcontracted variance, no learning curve onsite.
Pre-provisioned hardware
Sensors arrive on site with serial numbers pre-registered, gateways pre-configured to your network, and calibration certificates already attached to the asset record. Mobilization day is mounting and verification — not configuration.
Network commissioning
Gateways are integrated to your network — wired ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular failover — with VLANs, MAC allow-listing, and firewall rules verified end-to-end against the IT plan from the survey.
First-reading verification
Each sensor is verified live — packet integrity, RSSI, time sync, and the first valid data point in MySirius. No "we'll check it after we leave" — every device is online and reporting before sign-off.

Mobilize
Pre-provisioned hardware and mounting kits ship to site with the certified technician team.
Install
Gateways mounted & powered first; sensors installed against the approved placement plan.
Network
Gateways onto your network; failover, time sync, and security rules verified end-to-end.
Verify
Every sensor reports its first reading. Packet integrity, RSSI, and asset records cross-checked.
Deployment included with no upfront capex
Site survey, hardware, deployment, and commissioning are bundled into Monitoring-as-a-Service. New facilities and expansions ship under the same monthly subscription as the rest of your fleet.
Signed-off, trained, running.
Commissioning is the bridge between "installed" and "operational." Every device is verified end-to-end, the data integrity baseline is captured, alarm logic is exercised, and your team is trained on the live system before we leave. The signed commissioning record is the first document in your validation binder.
Asset record
Every serial number, mount location, and firmware version captured in MySirius.
Signed CR
Commissioning record stamped — first document in the validation binder.
Operator training
Live walk-through with shift staff; SOP cards left at every gateway and console.
End-to-end verification
Every sensor, every alarm path, every escalation contact is exercised against documented acceptance criteria. Pass / Fail is captured per row — discrepancies remediated before the day-1 sign-off.
Data integrity baseline
A stabilization window captures the system's settled behavior — packet rates, RSSI, time sync, and reading variance. The baseline becomes the reference for IQ/OQ and the first line of the audit trail.
Operator training onsite
Live walk-through with the shift staff who will run the system — alarm acknowledgement, report generation, and escalation paths exercised on the real interface, with the real data, before we leave.
Signed commissioning record
The CR is the first document in your validation binder — referenced by IQ, expanded by OQ, and tied to the asset history MySirius keeps for every device.
Ready to run IQ / OQ / PQ on the system you just installed?
The signed commissioning record drops directly into the IQ phase — component inventory, network verification, and calibration state are already captured. Your validation team picks up at requirement traceability, not at hardware reconciliation.
Verify
Hardware inventory, network, time sync, and packet integrity reconciled against the deployment package.
Exercise
Alarm logic, escalation paths, and integration endpoints fired end-to-end against acceptance criteria.
Stabilize
Stabilization window captures the data integrity baseline — settled behavior, not first-power-on noise.
Hand off
Operator training, signed CR, asset record & SOP cards delivered. The system is yours to run.
